Construction staking is a very important part of any project small or large and utilizing experienced surveyors is critical to the success of the project. We have decades of experience working on projects of all sizes from home construction, to airport runways, to high-rise buildings.
Generally we provide construction staking once we’ve completed a site survey. We incorporate the architectural design that we have received and calculate where the structure is to be built. Then we stake out the foundation of the building for excavation and foundation construction.
Often times additional construction staking is required or requested. Some common requests are: Mass grading, swales and drainages, utilities and infrastructure, curbs, sidewalks and roadways, and benchmarks with elevations.
