We provide topographic site surveys for clients who are building a home, ADU, garage, or other structure. We determine the boundaries of the property, relief of the property and it’s features – whether they are geological or manmade – existing structures, visible utilities, roadways, curbs, and sidewalks, mountain view corridors, trees and rock out-croppings are some of the items we routinely measure and map.
Our survey maps are comprehensive and provide everything an architect or engineer needs to design the desired structure or feature on the property in accordance with local regulations and codes.
